DIY skirt? Quite a long time dreamed of doing my own skirt just a matter of maybe my dreamed fabric do not showed up yet yeah yeah. But maybe to ignite the spirit i can start of with the tutorials hunting first. And luckily just now i have found this link and my adrenalin do its jobs by overshadowing the sleepy eyes.
