Yesterday, his body temperature raise up to 39.3 degree C and he is shivering in sleep. Poor little baby but he doesnt 'complaining' at all.
Still fluctuate but last night his temperature shoot up 40.1 degree, even higher than yesterday =(
We gave him voren 12.5mg to bring the temp down. Succeed and he able to sleep well. Note that voren is allowable for 6 month and above with weight more than 8kg.
This morning his temp shoot up to 39.5 again and what makes me sad he vommited out PCM and milk he drank earlier. He also shiverred after i sponge him with cold water ( that is my mistake, from what i google sponging cools the outer skin can cause shivering which can raise the actual temp). Will definitely not do that again, what advisable is sponging with lukewarm water will helps reduce high temperature.
Till then got to go. Please pray for my baby. Hope his fever will subside soon. Really soon.
